In this bucolic setting it is easy to spot the old hunting lodge, now restored without damaging the original stone structure with exposed chestnut wood beams.

The Il Capanno restaurant has a vegetable garden that allows it to have typical zero-kilometer Umbrian cuisine, perfectly integrated into the philosophy of the restaurant: homemade cured meats, pigeons that come from selected farms, meat from trusted butchers, cheeses from Fattoria Calcabrina , local game, and home-grown vegetables.

In this way the restaurant's cuisine implements a cuisine based on territorial roots, simple and tasty, which is divided into: artichoke with ricotta, fettuccine with white pigeon ragù, livers in the fishnet, gramigna ravioli and savory with white pigeon ragù chicken Cacciatore, baked pigeon, breaded lamb ribs baked with herbs, delicious vegetables, and much more, also in a version for celiacs, with a large space dedicated to white truffles.
